Working in a diverse team of engineers, design lead and product manager to help grow the Owned,
Earned, Shared, and Paid planning program (OESP) to over 800 marketers in the LEGO group,
which was a way to support 360 marketing planning, setting up easy-to-use tools that replace and
remove complexities in the marketing value chain. Evolved current legacy plans into one source of
truth and worked closely with team, end users and key stake holders for the best experience.

internal marketing plans, in different formats with a flat outdated view into a 3rd party tool,
bringing relevant information to marketers in a quicker and clearer format, which enhanced the
planning process of the OESP program, saved time and resources too.
Supported all engineers in the team, from associate up to senior levels to develop agile muscle
in the team and identity the smoothest path, plus positive sparring to ensure communication
and strategies aligned with PM needs.
Supported dialog in key stake holder alignment sessions on both technical challenges and the
understanding of user needs to bring about process changes for the future of the OESP
program.
