TeePublic is a user-generated print-on-demand e-commerce marketplace that enables independent creators to upload their art and sell merchandise on a variety of apparel and home goods. Some of my responsibilities include:

Guiding strategic design initiatives within the Product organization

Establishing design-ops processes for our growing design team

Creating e-commerce focused design systems, components, and large features in Figma

Prototyping complex interactions for validating ideas and user testing tasks

Working directly with product managers and internal stakeholders on lean projects

Collaborating and live code pairing with engineers to QA project deliverables

Conducting user research and testing with Maze, user interviews, and surveys

Formulating, conducting, and analyzing A/B tests with Amplitude and Rails Split

Writing documentation, user stories, project specs, and assisting with project tickets in Jira

Tracking and analyzing relevant projects results in relation to company OKR’s
