Allison specializes in editorial illustration, brand collaborations, as well as working with musicians on album art and gig posters. Her clients include: The New Yorker, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Instagram, NBC, Nautilus Magazine, New Scientist Magazine, Surface Magazine, The Design Kids, Frog Design, Bandcamp and more.

Allison is the creator of The Journey oracle deck, as well as host of The Friendly Unknown podcast.

• Developed the Bigsbee logo and branding, website, marketing materials, and all other design related items.

• Attended trade shows and other community events to speak with parents and grow the Bigsbee customer base.

• Interviewed customers and parents to gain a deeper understanding of needs that exist.

• As part of the founding team, met with investors to raise funding for Bigsbee

• Traveled to Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Japan and China as well as all regions of the U.S. to manage and administer market research studies that analyzed the importance of engagement and emotion in response to current marketing techniques.

• Managed and helped to establish the South American markets through in person training.

• Designed training manuals, store maps and information graphics for in house and clients.
