Designed and pitched to leadership a feature that helps drivers deliver Special Education rides. I discovered this need through assisting, documenting, and presenting findings from our in-house focus group with 30 participants.

Conceptualized, presented, and delivered new features to leadership teams. For example, patients tracking meals and medication to understand their blood glucose levels in the Glooko mobile app.

Planned and conducted usability tests, using Usertesting.com, to understand key user flows. Assisted User Research in conducting in-house usability tests, as well as ethnographic research to create Glooko’s user personas.

Partnered with a cross-functional team consisting of Product, User Research, Data Analytics, Clinical, Customer Support, and Engineering across the US, Croatia, and Sweden to deliver new diabetes management tools. I also worked with Novo Nordisk, a large pharmaceutical company, to design their diabetes management app.
