Strategy leveraged AI and a new workflow to complete period-end close work all in one place. • Designed and launched one of Intuit Assist’s first AI feature to help business owners categorize their unclear transactions. • Led, moderated, summarized, and shared findings with stakeholders on various research efforts. I lead the creative direction and lead 6 designers across 3 different teams. ### Senior Product Designer @ Zūm Jan 2019 – Jan 2019 | San Francisco Bay Area • Lead Product Designer on Zum Driver B2B mobile application (iOS/Android) to allow drivers to set their availability and safely transport students to-and-from school.  • Collaborated with a cross-functional team of Product, Marketing, Supply Growth Product Operations, Legal, and an international Engineering team to deliver transportation features and define product strategy.   • Designed and pitched to leadership a feature that helps drivers deliver Special Education rides. I discovered this need through assisting, documenting, and presenting findings from our in-house focus group with 30 participants. ### Senior Product Designer @ Glooko Jan 2018 – Jan 2019 | Mountian View, CA • Designed end-to-end experiences on Glooko’s integrated B2C mobile (iOS/Android) and web SaaS applications to help diabetes patients track and understand their diabetes data.  • Conceptualized, presented, and delivered new features to leadership teams. For example, patients tracking meals and medication to understand their blood glucose levels in the Glooko mobile app.  • Planned and conducted usability tests, using Usertesting.com, to understand key user flows. Assisted User Research in conducting in-house usability tests, as well as ethnographic research to create Glooko’s user personas. • Partnered with a cross-functional team consisting of Product, User Research, Data Analytics, Clinical, Customer Support, and Engineering across the US, Croatia, and Sweden to deliver new diabetes management tools.
