Responsible of recruiting, training, evaluating, and supervising staff at pool locations. Work with Aquatics

Directors and other site managers to formulate strategic and long-term business plans. Direct and oversee all

maintenance records and incident reports. Handle and record membership registration.

Under supervision of senior electrical engineer and physicists, researched and developed electrical and optical

devices to detect biomedical samples in human tissue.

• Designed and developed power sources for different lasers available in the

facility.

• Utilized simulations program, such as MultiSim, to test and improve current designs used to drive lasers.

• Implemented knowledge of C/C++ to program and test micro controllers that were used to control photodiodes and

laser diodes.

• Worked with an intern engineering team to design and develop an inexpensive Raman Spectroscopy device to detect

glucose solutions.

• Proposed alternative vendors to improve efficiency of biomedical detection.
