Hired as Joy’s 1st and only in-house Recruiter to build and scale the entire Talent Acquisition function from the ground up. I scaled the company from 40 to 80 inclusive of Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering, Go To Market, BizOps, Merchandising/e-Commerce and Customer Service orgs.
