capabilities for People Practices, Technical Talent, and College Talent teams. Analyzed internal and external recruiting and hiring data to inform program decisions.

User Research + Web UX: Designed responsive web application for college talent recruiting. Created all product development requirements, wireframes, and prototypes. 2,500+ student users since 2014, firm’s follow-up time decreased from 5 days to 2 days.

Web UX: Spearheaded design and launch of a website for our talent network to filter and select companies based on their interests. Led to 20% increase in introductions made amongst top talent and portfolio companies.

Project Management: Led the customization of all Salesforce tools and trained a team of 10 on how to use these tools. Resulted in a 50% reduction in time to input data and improvement in data fidelity.
