About me:
Worked at a young age, and started as a brand ambassador for different brands while taking my bachelor's degree in Information Technology. 

As a brand ambassador, I help the company promote and raise awareness of different products. Interacting and assisting the customers, participating in event marketing and increasing sales, and reaching the quota.

I have experience in Website Development, creating website templates, using HTML, CSS, etc.

Worked as a Software Engineer at Accenture Philippines. Attended training and obtained certification - Oracle Global Human Resource Cloud 2019 - Implementation Essential.

I was trained in Functional Testing, Selenium, HP ALM, and UFT LoadRunner testing. I developed technical skills on Windows Server, Linux, Oracle Database, Cloud Platforms, Network, Backup & Storage, ServiceNow, and ITIL4. I have experience in providing Lvl2 Remote Technical Support and fixing Windows, Microsoft, and email issues. OS Tune-up, device setup, and software troubleshooting, also making outbound calls to clients.
