From June 2014–June 2015, I worked in Enterprise Mobility as a User Experience Design Technologist for the Mobile Application Delivery Framework (mADF). mADF is a fully integrated development application that helps developers, administrators, project managers, and other stakeholders manage the complete mobile application development lifecycle.

From June 2015–June 2016, I worked in Define and Control Airplane Configuration Product Data Management (DCAC-PDM) as a User Experience Design Technologist for the PDM application. PDM assists in authoring airplane bill of materials for engineering and manufacturing. PDM also assists in configuration management of airplane options.

I had the following responsibilities:

• Conduct UX research and design activities for mobile and web applications
• Translate design concepts into functional prototypes
• Implement, maintain, and document fully integrated software applications
