Starting with the launch of PSDS industry vertical in 2022, I've created multiple zero-to-one applications including Grants Management, Licensing & Permitting, Social Benefits, and Investigative Case Management as the team and product offerings have quadrupled in just three years.

Design Systems & Product Standards

Leading platform experiences and design standards; Driving the adoption of SAP Fiori design system and UI framework within SuccessFactors; Defining and documenting SuccessFactors-specific design patterns and styles; Ensuring quality and consistency of SuccessFactors UIs; Collaborating with the centralized SAP Design team to raise functional requirements for design patterns; Contributing to the definition of SAP's next generation design system, Fiori 3.
