• Re-architectured the Delivery Pro app, significantly improving shipment tracking across 40K+ couriers.

• Conducted fly-on-the-wall test and an end-to-end design audit, optimizing the app's physical ergonomics.

The most memorable event was that I got to conduct real time user testing by delivering packages with the Delivery Pro app myself!

• Collaborated with Professor Leah Zhang-Kennedy to conduct studies on how users feel about privacy and security surrounding IoT devices.

• Designed Qualtrics questionnarie and analyzed collected user submitted entries; provided detailed insights to Professor and other assistants.

• Led the redesign of TurboTax Canada's onboarding experience and reduced user decisions by 78%.

• A/B tested redesign achieved 65% user preference, boosting satisfaction for 5M+ taxpayers.

• Initiated collaboration to establish KPIs and guided project direction.
