- Collaborated with Engineering, Operations, Brand and Marketing to define the product roadmap
- Drove the design strategy based on quarterly business goals
- Developed and socialized insights about truck drivers' pain points, needs, and motivations through qualitative and quantitative research

### Interaction Designer @ The Good Food Institute

- Created an interactive visualization of the alternative protein supply chain to improve GFI's communications; design was featured at The Good Food Conference
