•Spearheaded a team of two as a senior experience designer to develop the CricPlay app, an online sports betting game with 200,000 MAU.
•Executed market analysis, researching product viability, market fit, ideation, prototyping, monetization, progression, loyalty-building strategy, and product development over three months. Until recently, the product had 7M downloads, commanding 100K DAUs and 300K MAUs, peaking at 2M MAUs during sports seasons.
•Oversaw and ensured the smooth internal acquisition of the Cricplay app by Cricbuzz- a sports media giant with 145M users.
•Designed the app and web interfaces for TimesCard, India’s most popular entertainment credit card with 18M users. This FinTech product is an exclusive partnership between HDFC (the bank with the largest market cap in India) and Times Internet, India’s largest media conglomerate. I was involved with development and handoffs to ensure the smooth development of the product.
