Bibek Solutions is a research consulting firm that collects and analyzes national consumer data to provide critical insights for both public and private industries. I performed deep qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform product development, marketecture positioning, and policy exploration. I frequently led UX research projects for clients exploring both market and product opportunities, while mentoring junior researchers and coordinating the production of artifact deliverables with SW and UX teams. Over the course of my tenure here, I led international research initiatives and developed UX strategies for industry leaders such as Facebook, Samsung and Salesforce, as well small and scrappy silicon valley startups in fintech, retail and healthcare sectors. As a senior researcher at Facebook, I led global strategic research for the newly formed Faith and Spirituality Team, which led to major pivot of the first features on FB Groups, Pages and Live. I also helped develop a tactical rolling research program to inform and guide the feature set of new F&S products, and later on IG Feed.
