Increased the core workflow functionality of our SaaS integration platform by finding points of failure and re-designing Kafka message structure and flow. Eliminated hours of daily manual engineering work and protected major customers from churn.

Modernized the internal admin console from Angular to React and added safeguards in the UI to decrease time spent on support and prevent loss of customer data.

Translated challenges into solutions for engineers building internal APIs and calling external APIs, by delivering a combination of vendor products and internally built applications. Researched, built POCs, designed, and delivered a Redocly developer portal and a Kong egress gateway to streamline both processes. Collaborated and communicated with both product experts and multiple cross-functional engineering teams to drive adoption.

Leveraged modern platforms such as Spring Boot on an enterprise-level to create new REST API endpoints, as well as integrated with and migrated legacy endpoints.

Practiced both TDD and BDD to develop a greenfield project due to growing product markets.

Contributed to a shift in multiple front-end projects from legacy to React/Redux, as well as creating additional functionality through new pages and components.
