Increased the core workflow functionality of our SaaS integration platform by finding points of failure and re-designing Kafka message structure and flow. Eliminated hours of daily manual engineering work and protected major customers from churn. 
Modernized the internal admin console from Angular to React and added safeguards in the UI to decrease time spent on support and prevent loss of customer data.
Translated challenges into solutions for engineers building internal APIs and calling external APIs, by delivering a combination of vendor products and internally built applications.
