•Spearheaded the engineering effort to convert lovepop.com to a headless e-commerce solution using NextJS and Vercel, halving Time To Interactive.
•Coordinated with an agency as the primary point of contact during the conversion to a headless solution, aligning engineers on requirements, process and deliverables.
•Improved accessibility for lovepop.com by acquiring professional education for the broader team, successfully training 9 designers and engineers, incorporating accessibility in all new features, and planning the refactoring of legacy features.
