• Mentored and onboard new recruiters to help them navigate the recruiting process, coaching them on tough candidate conversations and closing strategies.

• Diversity Change Champion for 5 years; Coordinate/lead weekly diversity sourcing sessions that continuously exceed metrics/goals. Listed in the top 5 members (out of 45) based on impact and expectations.

• Flexed into SWE (Product, Infrastructure, Machine Learning) in addition to Product Design recruiting in 2023 and hit 164% to goal for the year.

• Core Lead for Mamas in Design, creating and leading initiatives to build an inclusive community within the design organization.
