Fostered creative culture, researched and identified new markets, and defined mission statement and innovation approach for newly formed NYC Consumer Innovation Labs. • Established operational structures, long-range plans and Agile processes, then facilitated innovation ownership shift to project founders, stakeholders and internal investors.
• Collaborated globally; held industry expert workshops, partnered with data scientists and interviewed customers. Partnered with second lab in Singapore; mirrored and adapted NY operations to Singapore market.
• Created sustainable innovation pipeline and tapped into emerging talent through MIT and Boston University hackathons. Created 6-week curriculum with Wharton University. Encouraged Fintech innovation.
