•Own design strategy for both consumer products and merchant/enterprise platforms (B2C + B2B)
•Built brand and product UX from the ground up, including our design system, research practices, and content standards
•Build and scale a multidisciplinary design org across product design, research, content, and motion, hiring and setting team operating rhythms
•Ship end-to-end flows that support growth to 200k+ users
•Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance to align roadmap, reduce risk, and increase delivery velocity
•Establish a research program across qualitative and quantitative methods to identify friction, prioritize opportunities, and validate releases
•Build a scalable component library and interaction patterns to increase consistency and reduce rework
•Improve key funnel and retention outcomes across onboarding, core actions, and support resolution
•Present strategy and insights to leadership to drive prioritization and resource allocation
•Introduce LLM-assisted workflows to interpret and structure financial information from structured and unstructured inputs including documents, forms, and free text
•Design human-in-the-loop review experiences to catch inconsistencies, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy
•Streamline internal operations with summarization and decision-support patterns while maintaining compliance and audibility
•Define UX standards for AI features including confidence cues, escalation paths, error states, and clear user control
