Along the way I’ve worked on both hard turnarounds and rapid venture-backed scaling journeys. Across my career, I’ve built and led global teams from 0 to 150+ and launched 15+ enterprise platforms at companies including Oracle, Yahoo, and HP, spanning mobile and cloud infrastructure, ad tech, and enterprise applications. My operating style combines deep product understanding with guerilla go-to-market execution. A consistent theme in my work is designing AI control planes that help companies price, sell, forecast, and grow revenue. I’ve had the POV of working on both sides of the table, as a buyer and a seller of enterprise technology.
