As a founding member of the Foundation/Platform team, I played a key role in driving crucial initiatives focused on platform redesign, AI integration, and the adoption of the Polar design system. My work directly contributed to enhancing user experiences and operational efficiency across multiple product areas.

Notably, I developed multi-turn AI patterns for Copilot, facilitating smoother processes and faster feature deployment across the organization. Additionally, I spearheaded the platform redesign effort, delivering tangible improvements in scalability and user satisfaction.
