Let's break the ice and allow me to introduce myself!

I have lived in several places around the world ranging from Kenya to Canada, with the majority of my time in Toronto, the place I call home. I am very passionate about math, logic and analytics, which led me to pursue a degree that would strengthen those skills. In October 2017, I graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Honors Bachelor of Computer Science degree. I am looking forward to exploring the next chapter of my life!

• Parallelized the CI/CD testing process by enabling test-suites to run simultaneously in AWS resulting in a time reduction of 55% and cost savings of 22% 
• Automated the dynamic distribution of testing loads across AWS resources to maximize time/cost savings
• Created an automated budget forecasting workflow using Powershell, Github Actions & Terraform, as a part of D2L’s internal AWS Cloud Governance feature
• Built a central build dashboard in Typescript/VueJs/Express to surface build metadata, including status, content and release schedule

• Wrote a database-integrated application to query, parse and analyze PCB components improving search times
• Iteratively improved the customer experience by incorporating client feedback and implementing highly requested features, such as customized views and shortcuts, within the client-facing tool using JavaScript, HTML, CSS
