Urasenke Chado is a branch of the Japanese tea ceremony, or Chado, that is part of the Urasenke school of tea. Chado is a ritualized art form that involves hospitality, art, and embodying the "spirit" of tea. Consulting on website management and design.

Managed the production team and cross functional operation departments. Responsible for strategic scheduling and planning of staff efficiency, training on new automation machinery and equipment. Production liaison between business development, supply chain, marketing, and tech departments for special projects, new programs and partnerships.

Leading the operations team of 25+ staff and successfully train and recruit assistant operations managers, shift lead supervisors and operation team members.
