I teach core courses in the undergraduate Interaction Design program. Over the years I've taught Design Research, Story Studio, and Behavior Design.

Televeda's mission is to reduce social isolation. I conducted research and designed services for older adults, Women Veterans, and Native Veterans as part of the VA's Mission Daybreak suicide prevention initiative.

I led the UX team responsible for launching Uber for Teens, Women Driver Preferences, Record My Ride, Safety Checkup, Safe Driving Score, food allergy settings on Uber Eats… and much more. We worked closely with researchers, content designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and other cross-functional partners across the company. Our work improved the safety and privacy of every user on the platform, and helped make Uber more accessible and inclusive.
