Highlights:

• As a tech lead, I facilitated weekly planning sessions and provided town hall team updates,

whilst collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and scope out work

for the team

• Led the analysis, design and development towards providing more flexible office leasing options,

enabling us to expand our product offering on the platform

• Integrated with a third-party management tool to enable instant bookings, saving our users

significant time by providing them with immediate booking confirmation. This was a full-stack

solution that included creating new APIs, data models, and building UI components

Domain: New Zealand Payroll

Highlights:

• Led the analysis and development of employee leave – a major feature within New Zealand Payroll that allows payroll officers to easily enter and record employee leave entitlements

• Co-lead and successfully implemented Payday Filing – a complex and key feature in New Zealand Payroll that automatically sends payroll activity to the Inland Revenue Department on behalf of the customer, saving them significant time from manually reporting

• Provided on-call support, working closely with incident management teams to quickly identify issues and ensure minimal impact and downtime for customers
