When I discovered UX I became obsessed. It bridges my passion for design and my strengths in problem solving and patterns. UX also incorporates my interests in psychology and human factors. 

I really appreciate clean design and streamlined development, but I get most excited about the human element of design, understanding and solving for who, what, where, when, why and how people use products.

I'm doing what I love and love what I do. I lead products & people to design intuitive, delightful experiences. I challenge constraints and tailor solutions. I encourage collaboration and constructive debate. I'm constantly learning, and pushing myself and my team towards the best possible user experience.
