Led design research, design strategy, interaction design and visual design for Zephyr Illuminate™, an enterprise SaaS platform that helps life science companies identify and engage with key accounts.

Led the design effort from end to end for a new revenue-driving feature after proactively identifying the design opportunity and getting executives buy-ins. As the new landing page of Zephyr Illuminate™, this feature transforms the experience for users to view and manage analytic insights. Three months after its launch in April 2018, we saw an uptake of ~300% in usage.

Implemented new design processes for conducting user studies, which uncovers user needs and new use cases, improve product strategy, and promotes empathy for users across teams.

Led UX design for PRO-Round, an IoT-enabled product that improves clinician rounding efficiency. Collaborated with researchers and engineers to build functional software and hardware prototypes, and conducted a month-long user test in OHSU Clinical Simulation Center.

Designed a mobile app for UNYQ Align™, a 3D-printed scoliosis brace, to help patients keep track of the wearing time and effectiveness, making wearing braces less painful and more engaging.

Delivered UX solutions for multiple healthcare innovation projects simultaneously, solving problems in the areas of cancer patient decision support, incontinence detection, clinically home care and acute care workflow optimization.
