• Define and execute UX strategy and design for Collibra’s Data & AI Governance products which supports 700+ enterprise clients and generates $308M+ in annual revenue.

• Evolve design practice to include foundational AI UX principles and best practices to guide the end-to-end design of high-impact AI initiatives (AI agent builder, Copilot, AI features and workflow)

• Architect and mature Design Ops to optimize cross-functional velocity, streamlining communication and delivery workflows between Design, Product, and Engineering.

• Manage a geographically disperse Design Team of UX researchers and designers (US, EU) while maintaining a high bar for UX design quality and team performance by managing out low performers

• Scale and restructure design team (5 - 12+) to meet design capacity and demand across the product areas of our platform
