Currently working on the creation of Copilot Agents framework. Have started from an incubation team to influencing and shipping with other products. I have led multiple efforts for this tool. My work has spanned across different areas, including designs for Senior Leadership and Senior Executives, contributions to BUILD 2024, and cross-collaboration with teams like Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studios (MCS). Utilizing creativity, strategic thinking, and having a collaborative spirit, I have been able to make a significant impact on the product team and the broader organization.

Leading Power Automate Process Mining design, a Microsoft process mining with AI and RPA product, by delivering product experiences and product vision. I deliver experiences through collaboration with product managers by understanding the business metrics and where the user drop off is, and by collaborating with engineering managers to create quick shippable solutions.

Successfully developed and branded Public Preview, as well as General Availability (GA) of Power Automate Process Mining. Achieved significant improvements in product quality, increasing MAU and meeting revenue goals. Collaborating with 50+ engineers to ensure fast, high-quality, and seamless designs.

Lead end-to-end strategy for Generative AI, influencing product strategy and investment through inclusive collaboration and presenting to executive leadership team.

I am leading Microsoft’s Process Advisor product under PowerAutomate. Process Advisor leverages AI Insights to automate processes for your company. I deliver design strategy ensuring design quality that improves adoption and retention. I create end to end flows, visions, and will recruit designers.

Met with customers to deliver designs that solved their pain points and to validate our hypothesis. Led two work streams:

1) AI Relationship intelligence experiences: Leveraged the Office graph for a relationship intelligent vision and roadmap.

2) Collaboration experiences: Delivered solutions to enable Teams inside Dynamics, where sellers can have collaboration scenarios. Shared vision across product teams, driving the Teams integration strategy, story and flows for the entire Dynamics portfolio. Delivered private preview integration of Teams embedded collaboration, bringing in 7 new companies with a MAU of 60 in a few weeks.

By collaborating with User Research, Project Managers, and Developers I create the best design solutions to deliver and ship to our customers. I focus on understanding sales personas and create lo-fi to high-fi designs.
