• Intelligent bike rebalancing product: an innovative product increased field operator efficiency by instructing when/where to move. Lifted trips per bike by 26% in selected cities.

• Geo-cluster service: standardized and centralized geo-cluster CRUD. Enabled company to operate at a finer geo granularity.

• Realtime geo-temporal data platform: Defined core marketplace metrics. Stream, aggregate, and serve the metrics in realtime, for the use of marketplace health monitoring and operation instructing.

Streamlined project management process to enhance deliverability and project quality. Performed coaching sessions and helped 1/3 of the team receive highest perf rating (stacked ranked, 15% of the whole population)
