This product scaled the functions of Customer Support and Client Relationship teams and enabled cross-enterprise collaboration. Contributed to the Elementum design system when coming up with a new pattern or rethinking existing ones. The process starts from problem definition, then getting use cases from other designers', going through cycles for a design proposal and presenting to the design and front-end team for feedback and development. Worked on Source App, conducting user research and conceptualizing supplier dashboards amongst other features, to improve current product offering. Collaborated closely with Product Management and Engineering teams on a 2-week sprint basis to continuously deliver value to customers.
