# Andreia Loyola-Galindo, MA, MBA > Leading Healthcare Transformation | Innovating Through Design Strategy Location: San Francisco, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/andreialoyolagalindomamba I’m a design leader passionate about transforming healthcare experiences through strategic, human-centered innovation. As a child in Peru, I experienced firsthand what it’s like to have a life-threatening illness yet be repeatedly bounced between hospitals that said everything was fine. This opened my eyes to the importance of designing solutions that bridge gaps in care, simplify complex healthcare journeys, and foster empathy at every touchpoint. As a Design Manager, I lead teams in developing visionary concepts, shaping customer experiences, and driving strategic initiatives. I thrive in ambiguity, guiding cross-functional teams through challenging problems to deliver solutions that are innovative, empathetic, and scalable. I deeply believe in radical collaboration and mentorship, empowering teams to experiment, grow, and push boundaries.
