Founding design leader at Opstream, an AI-native procurement orchestration platform serving Fortune 500 customers and recognized by Gartner. I joined pre-product and built the design function from scratch — UX, UI, research, AI-friendly design system, and the product architecture that lets procurement teams self-configure complex workflows without a services layer.
What I've built and shipped: • Designed the trust layer for AI agents acting across ERPs, CLMs, and ticketing systems on behalf of Fortune 500 procurement teams — solving the hardest UX problem in enterprise AI: making big-company buyers comfortable letting agents take real action on real spend. • Established a flexible product architecture and design system that earned consistently strong ease-of-use reviews despite the underlying complexity — the rare "configurable + actually usable" combination in enterprise software. • Operated at engineering velocity in a small AI-native team, shipping continuously alongside engineering rather than becoming the bottleneck. • Built and lead the design function as we scale.
