Created web crawler in JavaScript to parse internal websites and create JSON metadata of site layouts. The reason why we wanted to use JSON layouts was to stream line the process of producing pages for the website. The JSON files were fed to a Python script that created the page, which made it easy and efficient to create pages. The Python script improved our productivity and allowed us to focus on other issues instead of focusing on creating the pages through regular means.
