• Architected and led a large initiative to produce hundreds of localized effects for two APAC countries. Led four small groups across several functions (creative and art directors, illustrators, producers, TAs, and local agencies), in different locations (MPK, London, India, and Indonesia), and across two products (Messenger and Facebook camera). Met weekly with group to track progress. Helped unblock teams as necessary.
• Leveraged visual and sound effects to create innovative features for the Facebook Camera + Stories, including AR lighting effects, world frames, skin smoothing in pre-capture, swipe filters in post-capture, as well as new capture modes like photo booth mode and music video effects.
• Represented art team in XFN meetings and initiatives, defined art team's goals, built roadmaps, ran scrum, and communicated progress to leads.
• Identified, interviewed, and onboarded new employees, contractors, and vendors.
• Negotiated and managed project SOWs, budget estimates, and talent contracts. Worked with business affairs to ensure projects are compliant with industry standards and Facebook policies.
