Founded and built PolskaPraca.com - the first verified directory connecting Polish tradespeople with the Polish diaspora community in Chicago.

Conceived, designed, and developed the full product as a solo founder - from brand identity and UX through to full-stack implementation and launch.

Product highlights:

70+ curated and verified trade listings across 28 categories and 43 Chicagoland neighborhoods

Custom scraping pipeline using Exa, Firecrawl, and Claude AI to seed the directory

Full admin panel for content moderation and listing approval

Job listings system (Ogłoszenia) for Polish employers and contractors

Mobile-first design with bilingual Polish/English interface

Stack: Next.js 14, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, Vercel

Business model: Freemium directory with earned verification (Polish Pro badge), paid visibility tier (Preferred Partner), and Top of List auction system.

Targeting the 150,000+ strong Polish community in the Chicago metropolitan area, with expansion to NYC, LA, Detroit as the platform grows.

Led a team through a product UX transformation by translating Achieve’s new brand identity into a scalable, cross-platform design system for web and mobile.

• Crafted an on-brand design language and design system spanning React (Web) and React Native (mobile).

• Partnered closely with the front-end engineering team to convert design patterns into reusable UI components and shared assets.
