Daily tasks include the use and management of 3D printers (both MarkForged Mark II filament and 3D Systems Projet 6000 SLA), UV printers (Direct Color Systems) and laser engraver/cutters (GCC Laser Pro). Each day consists of multiple designs for both custom fit headphones and universal fit headphones. I deal with custom order clients directly to provide designs to their exact specifications within a strict deadline. Other responsibilities include designing, planning, and providing the universal components necessary to meet weekly shipment deadlines. I have also trained other JH Audio employees to use both Adobe Suites and CAD technology.
