I am a software engineer with a focus on building web based applications using Typescript, React, React hooks, Hasura, GraphQL, Mobx, Express JS, and Python. During my years working for Acubed, I often worked on multiple projects as the sole frontend engineer.

Responsible for planning and hands-on execution of in vivo experiments using mice; planning and hands-on execution of in vitro and ex vivo cellular, molecular, and biochemistry analyses; analysis, interpretation, and presentation of experimental data; and maintenance of laboratory and animal facility equipment. Responsible for maintaining all cell lines for the biology department. Have done various work with PCR/ddPCR, Ligation Cloning, Bacteria Culture, Forward Transfection, DNA/RNA isolation, and RT. Some experience with NGS and FACs.
At my position at CBI I have been lead biologist for both GLP studies and non GLP studies. Being lead biologist I have been responsible for planning and executing experiments given to us by clients. My work there has included dosing various animals such as mice, rats, guine pigs, rabbits and pigs, through various dose routes including subcutaneous, gavage, intraperitoneal, and intramuscular. I have also performed tissue culturing for various cancer strains grown in house as well as cell culturing for bacterial strains.
