Our fund invests in high potential early-stage software startups. We're a collective startup investment and social group, like a VC, but a non-profit, managed by the members. Our membership consists of like-valued people, all optimistic and curious. We use a collaborative fund model to learn together, share ideas, and build connections.

• Led development of the operating system and app execution environment for the CarePod, a self-contained, AI-powered doctor’s office in a kiosk.

• Designed and built the CarePod health check systems, OTA update system, config and deployment systems, and the app download and caching system, enabling observability, reliability, and continuous updates.

• Created a charter for the App Development Platform team and the SDK for building apps on the Forward platform.

• Worked with stakeholders across teams to guide key architectural decisions and review code, helping teams make the best technical choices during the design, spec and development phases.

• Built a number of backend services from the ground up for collecting and processing health data for Forward members.

• Built a variety of no-code tools, allowing Ops and non-Engineer stakeholders to build apps for the platform and control the customer experience.

• Built and launched essential features that allowed clinicians to view and evaluate member health data, schedule visits, and order labs, medications, and treatment plans using Forward’s in-house Electronic Medical Records software.

• Organized educational sessions and hackathons for the engineering team, providing mentorship and contributing to a strong engineering culture.

• Owned and implemented many parts of the core on-trip experience in the iOS Driver App, including navigation, map interactions, and wait time charging.

• Worked with stakeholders across many teams to integrate delivery, shared rides, and payment flows into the on-trip experience.

• Made significant contributions to the rewrite of the Driver App using the Uber-developed RIBs mobile app architecture.

• Built flows to help new drivers upload documents, do background checks, and get their vehicle inspected, reducing friction in the driver onboarding process.

• Led the initial integration of Paytm into the Rider App as a payment method in India.

• Helped launch Uber in China by adding localization improvements and map experience upgrades.
