I work on Windows' network driver platform, which enables our customers to create new networking devices that can plug into the existing networking functionality in Windows.
While there I've completed projects working on:
* Migrating network drivers from Windows 7 and 8/8.1 to Windows 10 as part of the Windows as a Service effort, making upgrading Windows a seamless and invisible experience.
* Contributing to and stabilizing a new core Windows component for managing installed network drivers and the relationship between them.
* Improving the scalability and performance of network device installation on Windows to support shared-kernel Windows Containers. Improving the scalability of the layer 2 network stack helps Windows compete with Linux on container density.
* Supporting new network driver installation mechanisms for the light-weight, heavily customizable, NanoServer Windows SKU.
