At Grindr, I migrated an aging chat system used by millions worldwide to significantly improve performance and scalability. I also developed AI-driven features that increased user connections and improved retention. Additionally, I rebuilt the iOS team by recruiting and onboarding top engineering talent and contractors. In just two quarters, I shipped new features that generated tens of millions in revenue, while also enhancing platform and app stability to deliver a better user experience.
