# Andrew Landphier > Principal Software Engineer | Agentic AI | Full Stack Developer Location: Madison, Wisconsin, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/andrewlandphier I am a software engineer and systems architect with over thirteen years of experience. Much of my career has been spent in the insurance industry where I built enterprise scale services and managed legacy conversions for Fortune 500 companies. This background in highly regulated environments focused on maintaining 99.9 percent uptime for mission critical services and managing complex system transitions. Currently I am a Senior Full Stack Engineer and Lead Product Developer at QlutchQMS. I lead the development of new products using React and Nextjs ecosystems. My work involves creating multi tenant cloud solutions hosted in Vercel and backed by Neon and Google Cloud Storage. As an early adopter of AI programming methodologies I focus on integrating agentic solutions into both application architecture and daily work processes. I also founded Snooch which is an autonomous multi-tenant AI bookkeeping and logistics engine. The platform is designed to sync with email sources and transform unstructured communication into structured financial and logistics data. I built this using a multi agent orchestration layer and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) to ensure data accuracy. It runs on a modern stack including Nextjs 16, Kubernetes, MongoDB Vector, Redis, and BullMQ to handle high load processing and secure data isolation. For my wife over at Equilibrium Psychotherapy, I designed and created a custom NextJS website. I focused on high conversion SEO and mobile responsiveness while integrating secure client intake workflows and a custom content management system (CMS). I am interested in how AI can improve the software development life cycle and I enjoy working on projects that require both enterprise stability and modern cloud tools. I look forward to connecting with people who are building scalable systems or exploring practical applications for AI in business. ## Work Experience ### Senior Software Engineer @ Qlutch Jan 2025 – Present | Madison, Wisconsin, United States - First developer brought on after the co-founder to lead new product development starting with FormFlows.
