I am a Full Stack Software Engineer on IXL's AI team, Spark Studio. I was part of the initial launch of Spark Studio as one of the only three members and the product today serves over 100,000 users.

In August 2025, my team was tasked with building an AI Chatbot as part of the new Rosetta Stone language learning experience. I started the project from its conception to its launch in March 2026, pioneering the data model and authentication implementation.

• Launched IXL's AI product Spark Studio

• Built the initial database for Spark Studio

• Prototyped open-ended and scenario-based AI chatbots for Rosetta Stone language learning, designed with long-term and short-term memory and text internationalization

• Architected 30+ educational tools and sharable games for teachers, including jeopardy, flashcards, and worksheets

• Built a comprehensive text editor that is capable of rendering LaTeX math and efficiently saves content

• Led the tool history initiative that resurfaces past tool history in a paginated table view

• Monitored production systems using OpenSearch and Grafana, investigating logs to ensure reliability and resolve issues

As Brown’s official student association, CS DUG serves the entire 1500+ CS undergraduate population.

• Manage and run DUG organization; oversee leadership board, committees, and operations

• Revitalized the organization, increasing the leadership board from 1 member to 18 members

• Oversee weekly meetings; ensure ideation

• Organize computer-science events; manage and coordinate all logistics

• Handle budget; conduct marketing, promotion, and recruitment

FullStack at Brown is the highest full stack software engineering club where teams develop web applications for the Brown and greater Providence community.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with client weekly to gather requirements and give updates

• Architect solutions and evaluate tech stacks for the web apps

• Manage GitHub project board and create tickets for team member to simulate agile process

• Perform both front-end web development and back-end database management tasks as the main contributor

• Prototype and design wireframes in Figma

• HealthyApp: a mobile and web app designed to redefine shopping, meal-planning, and delivery space for patients managing diabetes and cardiovascular disease to eat healthy on a budget

• Carte Blanche: a magazine web app that supports images, rich text, and podcasts for its mission to further decolonization at Brown
