• Design Delivery Lead for LifeSync® — a native mobile app-focused service by Wells Fargo to assist a client base of 70 million customers, and growing, with financial goal budgeting, market research, portfolio management, and self-driven improvements in order to grow their financial goals with their money.

• Responsible for an end-to-end hand-off process from managing styles, components, and branding assets in a fully independent and self-managed design system; prototyping high-fidelity concepts for research, critique, and iteration; delivering final pixel-perfect final specifications of screens, customer flows, and communicating in an Agile environment with our development partners.

• Ensure all assets, specs, guidelines, and final deliverables meet business, compliance, risk management, and meet WCAG 2.2 accessibility guidelines.

Principal Contributor to the Design Systems team by vetting, consolidating, and publishing design components, specifications, style standards, and usage guidelines — through various toolkits in Sketch and Figma; office hour review sessions; video concept productions.

Championing WCAG 2.2 application to all components, styles, and interactive behaviors.

I am a very proud and happy employee of Wells Fargo. I would have never imagined finally working in finance when in my youth I was excited by learning from folks like my Grandfather how the workings of an economy and wise-spending can pay off. Today I may not be a math wiz or engineer; but my enjoyment for the economic world now meets my design career.

My many successes so far include:

• Championing the creation of a new native-mobile design system by extending and growing framework components, styles, and content libraries to enhance design articulation patterns, use-case evolutions, and micro-interaction improvements that furthered framework structure, communication, and quicken final design implementation delivery timelines.

• Continued in developing and organizing numerous toolkits, standards, component libraries, and iconography by advancing delivery strategies, usage guidelines, and contextual examples that promoted and empowered individual designer implementations in visual design, interaction flows, and content strategy for numerous team partnerships.

• I've designed numerous digital payment products that included web and early native-app explorations to further marketing relationships, enhance payment experiences, and enhance offerings that advanced the digital payment product availability.

• I've acted as design lead for the Account Summary and Account Detail framework migration from the JQuery to React front and back-end framework resulting in a fully recreated end-user experience to be smoother, faster loading, and seamlessly transitional.

• I proudly have contributed multiple accessibility pattern additions by opportunistically providing additional strategies and supplementary design enrichments that meet and exceeded the WCAG 2.1 guidelines resulting in a more inclusive end-user experience.

Relocated to San Francisco to continue a new contract and try life in a new city on an new coast. Principal work included principal designs on the Pay With Wells Fargo project, Wells Fargo Wallet, and Provisioning Cards for Digital Wallets.

I am considering myself a creative designer specializing in web, interactive, and visual design. I have many talents outside of just design in photography, cosplay, and technical hobbyist challenges. My skills have greatly grown and wish to keep shooting upward. I have great attention to detail to my design work. Not just for for the skill merit, but because it is another form of Art and Science that I can blend together for my and others enjoyment.
