On behalf of the agency, I had to ensure the experience work is set to the high standard of the client through collaboration and clear communication. I identified pain points, produced key development deliverables, and provided design validation. The point of sale system for For Eyes saw dramatic decreases in time spent creating orders, removed pain points, and made for a more efficient check out process. ### Director of User Experience @ Future plc Jan 2014 – Jan 2015 | South San Francisco, CA I took on responsibility for all user interactions and design initiatives for Future US design direction user interfaces for online brands - GamesRadar, PC Gamer, MacLife, Maximum PC, Guitar World, Official Xbox Magazine, PlayStation the Official Magazine, World of Warcraft the Official Magazine, Nvision Magazine, and Nintendo Power. I led a global design initiative to include a design framework. I defined rules and design systems to better align developers and engineers. I overcame a challenging last minute pivot from its original design. Under a tight deadline, we redesigned the user interface and wrangled the architecture in order. I managed daily art production to support the editorial staff. In addition to daily production and design initiatives, I collaborated with marketing team to guide brand identity.
