I've spent most of my career as the first or only engineer at early-stage startups. That means owning architecture, product calls, and whatever else doesn't have a person yet. At Stitchflow I owned the application API, helped get us to SOC 2, and shipped features end-to-end with full autonomy.

* As a founding full-stack engineer on the Stitchflow team, I took ownership of the company’s Express API, driving its development and evolution as the primary product owner.
* Collaborated closely with the Customer Success (CS) team to rapidly deliver tailored features, overseeing the entire process from ideation to implementation. This included full autonomy in designing, architecting, and deploying solutions to address critical customer needs.
* Spearheaded the implementation of comprehensive unit test coverage for the Express API, significantly improving code reliability, maintainability, and overall system stability.
* Led the end-to-end development of critical projects, including ideation, scoping, and execution, while seamlessly integrating frontend and backend systems to deliver cohesive solutions.
* Delivered new features and system updates without requiring feature flagging, ensuring uptime and uninterrupted service for users.
* Executed complex data migrations and architectural changes, ensuring compatibility with both existing and future system requirements while having zero disruption to functionality.
* Designed and implemented features with careful consideration of scalability, maintainability, and long-term system integrity.
* Designed and deployed multiple product features utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Pub/Sub, scheduled tasks, and cron jobs, to enhance functionality and scalability.

Architected and implemented expanding functionality of our app from California only to enabling our loan officers to serve mortgages nation-wide across the United states.
Developed a completely new website to match Figma specifications to a
pixel perfect degree using React.
Architected and implemented an RPC service for collecting leads provided
by the Opendoor app and to re-route them to Lower or our own mortgage
service for Loan Officers to follow up. Since implementation the service
has handled over 30,000 leads.

* Wrote Serverless Firebase functions to manage users, agents, automated cron jobs, and notifications.
* Developed and architected Rest API endpoints for user management, pulling credit information, and document streaming.
* Developed and architected a document portal from initial design to complete implementation. The portal was made to make document sharing for w2, financial and banking information, and liability data from our customers to loan officers a simple and organized experience. The portal's since handled more than 100,000 documents from our customers.
* Developed pixel-perfect front-end code on our consumer facing website.
* Wrote migration scripts to manage users, permissions, and credit data.

Served as primary SharePoint and Windows Systems Administrator for client organizations (100–500+ users), owning infrastructure, security patching, server maintenance, and uptime.
Led modernization initiatives migrating legacy SharePoint environments to newer architectures, including React-based frontends and custom component integrations.
Scoped and project-managed multi-million-dollar SharePoint transformation projects for municipal government organizations, coordinating stakeholders, technical design, and delivery timelines.
Built extensive PowerShell automation tooling to migrate folders, permissions, and contextual metadata via the SharePoint API, reducing manual administrative overhead and improving operational efficiency by 10%+.
Developed custom SharePoint solutions using C#, JSLink/Client-Side Rendering (CSR), and Script Editor Web Parts to extend list and table functionality, including dynamic behaviors triggered on page load and row selection.
Engineered custom extensions to Nintex Forms, implementing conditional accordion-style input flows not natively supported by the platform through injected JavaScript and DOM manipulation.
Designed automated off-boarding workflows that dynamically traversed permission hierarchies and revoked access across environments, eliminating orphaned permissions and strengthening security posture.
Created reusable internal libraries to extend vendor software limitations, enabling additional enterprise client engagements.
Acted as Project Manager and U.S.-based technical lead for offshore engineering teams (Ukraine), translating client requirements into scoped technical work, coordinating execution across time zones, and ensuring on-time delivery.
