Led the UX and design strategy for Prime Video's playback experience. My primary focus was on advanced features, including X-Ray ("who's that actor?") and live sports augmented content experiences (stats, key plays, teams, and lineups). I successfully designed and shipped new cross-platform experiences (TV, mobile, tablet) and pioneered customer-facing generative AI features, such as VOD "Instant Recaps". Furthermore, I developed scalable UI frameworks and collaborated closely with strategic partner teams, including Ads, Content, and Engineering, to integrate complex business models and features directly into the core viewing experience.

Designed the X-Ray customer experience across mobile, tablet, web, and living room devices, across Live and Video on Demand (VOD) content. X-Ray allows customers to answer quick questions like “Who's that actor?”, “What's that song?” or "Who scored that goal?" while giving fans a way to dive deeper into their favorite movies, series, and sporting events.

Led Seller Experiences for shipment tracking, issue resolution, and performance visibility for FBA, Amazon's fully automated set of Supply Chain services. Steered initiatives through research, ideation, prototyping, and delivery. Partnered closely with Product and Engineering to support 1.9 million active Selling Partners worldwide. My team manages all Seller platform experiences across mobile, web, and voice, supporting a multi-billion-dollar business that empowers third-party Sellers to connect with over 300 million customers in 180 countries.

Shaping the future of TV and streaming for NBCUniversal's Peacock. Using audience insights and market trends as a foundation, I designed and tested a series of interactive, big-screen prototypes for NBCU’s new streaming platform.

Led discovery and design phases for Express Scripts, the largest pharmacy benefit management (PBM) in the U.S. Managed a 7-strong team across Research, Content, and Design. Organized and conducted multi-day ideation and concept development workshops with clients and stakeholders.

Led a 3-strong design team responsible for transforming the UX across Rocketrip's (Google Ventures, Y Combinator, BVP) behavioral incentivization SaaS platform. Notable achievements:

• Increased product activations by 80% through targeted experiments

• Oversaw efforts that led to a 73% increase in platform adoption over 1 quarter

• Decreased customer confusion (measured by support contacts) by introducing "Price to Beat", a new feature that incentivized travelers to spend less

• Incentivized 10% of users to book cheaper travel via “post-booking intervention”

• Integrated qual & quant signals and user feedback loops directly into the Rocketrip platform

• Supported product roadmap efforts; led and defined design/research OKRs

• Strengthened cross-functional collaboration and ideation processes.

My team leveraged behavioral economics to empower business travelers with data-driven insights, encouraging smarter decisions through meaningful rewards. I led product-wide user research, design, and testing, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, customers, and key stakeholders

Founded Beyond's Experience Design service in 2012, building UX teams across the UK and North America and overseeing key hires in London, New York, and San Francisco. Led the expansion of the New York studio, growing the team from 10 to 60 employees between 2015 and 2018.

Directed product design for major global brands, including Google (Google Arts & Culture, Web Health, Chrome for Work, Android for Work, DoubleClick), Just Eat (B2C), Virgin (Virgin.com), West Elm (digital storefront), Sainsbury's (ecommerce), Viacom (internal platforms), and UBS (internal platforms). Led proposals and pitches that secured clients including Just Eat, Google Marketing, West Elm, Sainsbury’s, and MoneySuperMarket.

Mentored global UX teams, fostering a collaborative, insights-driven design culture. Introduced new methodologies and co-developed Beyond's human-centered innovation framework. Led Design Sprints and Design Thinking workshops for clients like Google, The Wall Street Journal, and Just Eat. Worked with Product Managers to define KPIs, set OKRs, and supported Delivery teams with project methodologies and resource planning.

Led UX for Audi across research, design, prototyping, and testing. Ran impactful workshops to develop innovative digital concepts, collaborating with strategists, designers, and developers, and securing stakeholder buy-in. Also led or contributed to projects across McDonald's, O2, Emirates, and Unilever.

Designed the SportRelief.com donation platform, enabling 1M+ registrations through the system I helped design and develop. Collaborated across Product, Engineering, Creative Marketing and Business Stakeholder teams. Led user research, created journeys, wireframes, and tested prototypes.

Created user journeys, storyboards and prototypes for one of Sky’s first iPad apps. "Sky News for iPad" topped iOS app charts on launch and was praised by critics and bloggers for its innovative and immersive user interface.

Created information architectures for Unilever's marketing platforms across EU & LAC regions. Responsibilities included drawing insights from research, running internal workshops, the production of sitemaps, site architectures and annotated wireframes.

Designed Mars's Intranet. Tasks included running interviews, creating site architectures and sitemaps, user flows, wireframes and UI designs.

Clock is one of Design Week's Top 50 Digital Agencies and The Drum's Top 100 Agencies. I developed designs and prototypes for News International, Channel 4, BBC, Teenage Cancer Trust and J D Wetherspoon. Won a BIMA for "Innovation within Architecture" for work on Channel 4's Intranet. Evangelised user-centric thinking. Developed W3C-compliant platforms. Maintained front-end templates and coding standards.
