Identified the automation tasks focusing on the replacement of manual labor and/or error-prone actions. Provided task estimation, anticipating bottlenecks, and making trade-offs to balance business needs against technical constraints to meet committed timelines.

Provided technical leadership for the first and biggest Russian Content Delivery Network from day one. Responsible for all aspects of the design, development, and maintenance of the whole spectrum of CDN-related components.

Built a country-wide CDN from the ground up that spans from Kyiv at the South-West to Vladivostok in the Far East of Russia. NGENIX CDN POPs are present in most cities of one million on the territory of Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. Organized and established direct connections of the NGENIX CDN POPs to 400+ local broadband networks.

Provided technical leadership for B2B ISP from day one. Responsible for creating an ISP of a metropolitan-wide capacity.

Responsible for researching various network architectures for IP Multicast routing in large scale interdomain networks. Provided technical support to customer’s network engineers in optimizing their networks in terms of being able to exchange IP Multicast traffic via the MSK-IX IXP.
